Cristina Rodríguez Vicente is the founder of M de Alejandría, a project that combines tradition and innovation.

In 2014 she decided to regrow the family vineyard. In keeping with the local tradition, Muscat of Alexandria was chosen, a variety well known for thriving in the area’s distinctive mix of soils, climate and sea influence.

The innovative aspect comes through most clearly in the wine‑making process.

Together with the winemaker, Daniel Belda, they decided to freeze the grapes to capture the full expression of Muscat, both in aroma and flavour. The result is a distinctive sweet wine that never fails to surprise.

Each harvest yields a limited, individually numbered series of bottles.
