Tossut Sustanaible Agroecology

Our estate is planted with olive trees and vineyards arranged in terraced plots with outstanding dry‑stone walls, set in a privileged location surrounded by nature. Situated in the heart of the Muntanya Gran Mountain in the town of Pedreguer, at an altitude of 400 metres, it overlooks the sea and is completely secluded within a Mediterranean forest landscape.

Tossut Olive Oil

Tossut olive oil was created as a personal initiative to give due recognition to the products elaborated in our region. It all begins on a family‑run estate in the Muntanya Gran Mountain in Pedreguer, where, through the recovery of traditional cultivation on our land, we produce early‑harvest ‘premium organic extra virgin olive oil’.

The oil is made with great care and cleanliness, using a forced‑cold system (19ºC/66.2°F) and a method of preservation and blending made of varieties that give the oil a balanced profile of sweetness, bitterness and spice, resulting in excellent quality and a distinctive character.

The estate is currently certified by the Organic Agriculture Committee of the Valencian Community with operator code: CAECV CV 5139 PV. 

Heroic Viticulture

Our passion for agriculture also extends to sustainable vine growing by bringing back the heritage of growing vines on terraced plots, built with dry‑stone walls, and the traditional grape varieties of the area, such as the local Gironet grape.

Mountain and heroic viticulture is the essence of the product we aim to create, seeking to convey to the consumer the feeling of sitting on a dry‑stone terrace among the vines, enjoying a product with its own unique character while looking out over the Mediterranean Sea.
