Dexcaro Experience is a small fine restaurant located in the heart of Dénia, where every meal becomes a culinary journey designed by Chef Carlos García Moreno.

Our offering combines signature cuisine, contemporary techniques and a carefully curated selection of local and seasonal produce, highlighting the rich gastronomic heritage of Dénia and the Marina Alta region.

We work hand-in-hand with local producers as much as possible, striving to offer honest, creative cuisine with its own distinct identity. Alongside our Experience Room, we offer private dining experiences in villas, on boats and for exclusive events.

Awarded 1 Repsol Guide 'Sol' and winners of the 2024 Cullera World Rice Biennial, we work to ensure that every visit becomes an unforgettable memory, taking care of every single detail from the initial welcome to the very last bite.
