Beekery

Beekery began as the dream of two siblings who have a passion about traditional baking. After qualifying for a world bakery competition and having their panou (traditional Valencian sweet bread) recipe included in UNESCO’s Recipe Bank, an idea began to take shape in the mind of Raquel Van Beek. While working in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the country, an idea gradually took form: to bring to Dénia a bakery concept that does not rush, one that bases its success on daily work, a commitment to the health of its customers, and a dedication to recovering the finest raw ingredients.
