The Bancalet at first sight

The Bancalet brand has been very visible at the D*na de Dénia Food Festival, which has returned this year to its usual format in its original setting the Marineta Cassiana seashore promenade. The festival keeps a large exhibition area for producers, especially those from the Marina Alta, who have been the majority this year. The Bancalet pilot experience has brought to light, for the first time, labels and identifiers seen in different stalls or on the stages, where restaurateurs or producers have launched presentations or have offered tastings with the products covered by the brand that is being tested just before opening to its use as a certificate of territorial origin.
