Arrelats Agroecology

Fruits and vegetables

Arrelats Agroecology and Biodiversity is a family‑run project based in Parcent, founded in 2021 with the hope of returning to our origins by reconnecting with nature and producing high‑quality, healthy and organic food.

We follow a model of farming deeply rooted in the land, seeking to recover respectful and traditional ways of working the soil, while also encouraging local agricultural and environmental biodiversity. We likewise aim to promote responsible and local consumption by selling our produce directly and building a relationship of trust with those who choose to buy from us.

Throughout the year, we grow a wide range of seasonal vegetables, available to order or by visiting our local points of sale. We strive to recover and celebrate traditional varieties, not only for their adaptability and quality, but above all to preserve the heritage passed down by our ancestors.

We hold the CAECV organic certification.

Another key aim of the project is to raise awareness of more sustainable and small‑scale forms of farming, as well as to nurture a deeper sensitivity towards nature. We do this through visits to our fields, workshops, and educational activities focused on biodiversity.
