Nimi awarded the best organic white wine in Valencia

The best organic white wine in the Valencian Community is comes from the Bancalet brand at Marina Alta. The Nimi Gerra, by Joan de la Casa Viticultor, has been awarded in the second edition at the Organic Wine Competition organised by the Organic Agriculture Committee of the Valencian Community (CAECV) and PROAVA, the board that promotes Valencian quality products. The award-winning wine is a dry muscat, with spontaneous fermentation and slow soaking, that Joan de la Casa produces from his own vineyard in Benissa. The local product, well made, with an artisanal look and attached to its local land keeps on living up to Bancalet. Congratulations, Joan from Casa Viticultor.
