On 26 and 27 September, the Marineta Cassiana will be transformed into a vibrant gastronomic promenade overlooking the Mediterranean. Two days in which chefs, producers and artisans come together to share knowledge, ingredients and Mediterranean cooking.

Talks, culinary demonstrations, tastings and workshops led by some of the most renowned voices in gastronomy — including Ferran Adrià, Susi Díaz, Paco Roncero and Quique Dacosta — in an edition devoted to sharing culinary expertise.

This year, the kitchen is not only tasted: it is told, explored and shared.
