Tasting of natural jams

Melicatesen, a local shop selling products linked to Bancalet, offers on February 2, at 7 p.m., a tasting of homemade jams made in Jesús Pobre from the Yami brand. Six varieties will be tasted, resulting all from a natural preparation based on products such as orange, ginger, pomegranate, tangerine, muscat or even cactus. Yami jams, along with other products from Marina Alta and Bancalet, have been shown this week at the Dénia stand at the Madrid Fusión gastronomic fair.

The tasting is aimed at food professionals, restaurateurs and merchants, and is also open to the general public. Access will be free and places are limited, so it will be necessary to make a reservation at the following link: https://forms.gle/v6EtLqS9qBWS34qD6

The Melicatesen's tasting corner is located at 41 Colón Street, Dénia.
