M de Alejandría
WineCristina Rodríguez Vicente is the creator of M de Alejandría, a project that combines tradition and innovation.
In 2014 she decided to replant the family vineyard. Maintaining the tradition of the area, the variety chosen was the Muscat of Alexandria, recognized for the characteristics of the land, the climate and the proximity of the sea in this area.
The innovation part appears in the project with the winemaking process.
Together with Daniel Belda, the winemaker, they decided to freeze the grapes to obtain all the splendor of muscatel both in aromas and flavor. The result? A special sweet wine that surprises.
From each vintage a limited and numbered series of bottles is obtained.
